Dottering..."- "Drawn and Quartered"?

Is it below the belt to pick on McCain and his age?
Is not the GOP, The Grand Old Party?
Nevertheless, such humor is offensive.
But is not so much humor?
Not to excuse, but here is
Rick Perlstein on McBushonomics
with a reminder that "drawn and quartered" is an unfortunate choice,
but figurative is the better choice than literal,
even if we can't know if literal is actual.
[...with McCain. (nfry)

..."and thanks for asking, ha!"] I guess his nervous laughter is just that he could not stop himself, much as Bush really appreciates it when he is asked a good question.
